Counselling

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re moving through change, challenges, or navigating the world as a neurodivergent person. Counselling will help with specific life challenges, helping you understand your feelings, and support with current problems – giving you a safe, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind and heart

I can support you with:

  • Understanding and managing ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Reducing stress and avoiding burnout

  • Finding your way through career or life transitions

  • Building resilience, self-confidence and emotional intelligence

  • Strengthening communication and relationships

  • Learning how to maximize your strengths

Can be booked as single session or in packages designed to support your growth over time. Longer-term packages often bring greater value and impact. There are options for sliding scale fees depending on individual circumstances.

  • Single Session: $200 (sliding scale available depending personal circumstances and number of sessions booked)

  • 3-Month Package (6 sessions)

  • 6-Month Package (12 sessions
    (Packages include email support between sessions.)

Fees vary depending on the scope of the project, team size, and organizational needs. Together, we’ll design an approach that fits your goals, budget, and timeline.

  • Hourly: $150–$200 (Depending on type of engagement)

  • Half-Day Workshop/Facilitation: $600–$800

  • Full-Day Engagement or Project Consulting: Starting at $1,200
    (Custom proposals available for culture transformation, leadership development, or capacity-building initiatives.)
